WAGO PCB Terminal Blocks

On-Line Electronics provides the full lineup of WAGO PCB Terminal Blocks with Push-In CAGE CLAMP®, CAGE CLAMP®, Power CAGE CLAMP®, and PUSH-WIRE® connection technologies. All of these technologies ensure a secure, fast, and straightforward connection process.

The PCB terminal blocks can be used to terminate the following copper wire conductors:

• Push-In CAGE CLAMP® and CAGE CLAMP® (no tools required) – solid, stranded, fine-stranded, fine-stranded with tinned single strands, fine-stranded and tip-bonded, fine-stranded with a ferrule, and fine-stranded with pin terminal.
• Power CAGE CLAMP® - solid, stranded, fine-stranded, fine-stranded with tinned single strands, fine-stranded with ferrule.
• PUSH-WIRE® - solid copper conductors.

THR/SMD PCB Terminal Blocks

On-Line Electronics provides the full lineup of WAGO THR PCB Terminal Blocks and SMD PCB Terminal Blocks.

The THR PCB terminal blocks are available with push-button actuation (Push-In CAGE CLAMP®), confirmation slide switch (CAGE CLAMP®), and operating tool actuation (CAGE CLAMP®). You can also acquire the full program of test plug modules and operating tools for THT PCB terminal blocks through On-Line Electronics.

These products are manufactured using the THR (Through-Hole Reflow) soldering process, and are made from a high-temperature-resistant plastic and streamlined pin design. Moreover, the terminal strips are equipped with an additional suction pad in tape-and-reel packaging. As a result of that, THR/SMD PCB Terminal Blocks ensure a perfect electrical and mechanical connection and meet the requirements for SMT process capability.

The SMD PCB terminal blocks are available with push-button actuation (PUSH-WIRE® and Push-In CAGE CLAMP®), and operating tool actuation (Push-In CAGE CLAMP®). You can also acquire board-to-board links and operating tools for SMD PCB terminal blocks through On-Line Electronics.

MULTI CONNECTION SYSTEM (MCS)

On-Line Electronics offers the full lineup of WAGO MULTI CONNECTION SYSTEM (MCS) MICRO and MINI Series.

The MCS Micro Series is only available with operating tool activation (CAGE CLAMP®) technology. The MCS Mini-Series is available with operating tool activation (CAGE CLAMP®) and push-button actuation (CAGE CLAMP®). All pluggable terminal blocks ensure a vibration-proof and maintenance-free spring pressure connection technology. The terminal blocks are also available for individual solder pins and solder pin strips.

Feedthrough Terminal Blocks

Our extensive lineup of feedthrough terminal blocks can be used both for external and internal conductor connections. These products don't require any tools for assembly, thanks to the locking and retaining clips.
